Gavin Wyley, managing director of Dandara in Aberdeen, said:

“It’s a huge honour to be successful in all seven categories entered in this year’s UK Property awards. This achievement is only possible thanks to the work of our dedicated teams across all areas of the business including design, construction, sales, marketing and lettings.

“Our aim is to create homes and new communities which will stand the test of time and offer our customers quality and value for years to come, and to receive independent recognition of this commitment is extremely rewarding for everyone involved.”

In North West England the four bedroom Maple home at Ballakilley in the Isle of Man received the Architecture Single Residence award with The Holly bungalow coming out on top in the Residential Property category.

This popular two bedroom bungalow is also available at several of Dandara’s developments in the UK and has proved popular with downsizers and families looking for low-maintenance living.

The company’s Church View community in Tenterden, Kent secured the title of Residential Development and The Reed house type at the same development also received the Architecture Single Residence award.

The UK Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts and judging focuses on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability.
