Avamore Capital & Ademchic Collaborate on Resi-Development Knowledge Forum

Specialist bridging & development lender, Avamore Capital and a niche developer designer, Ademchic have come together to produce their first ‘question time’ with SME developers focused on the residential property market.  Avamore and Ademchic are preparing to roll out a series of educative videos which capture real life conversations around current market challenges.

The first series covers topics such as plans for 2019, the importance of having a strong professional team, the need to create a clear developer brand and approaches to entering new markets. For this first series, Avamore and Ademchic were joined by two developers, Raouf Belmouloud, Managing Director, Grace Charles Property and Immanuel Ezekiel, Finance Director, Broadwing Homes and will be seeking new contributors for the next instalment. The discussion created a platform for developers to talk about some of the shared issues they face in the market and the measures they are taking to mitigate risk considering the uncertainty which lies ahead. Naturally, one of the key themes was Brexit and the developers discussed working in greater profit margins and sticking to areas already known to them as potential solutions to the upcoming uncertainty.

Michael Dean, Principal at Avamore commented:

“It was great to collaborate with Ademchic on our first ‘SME Question Time’. As a lender, we think it is important to truly listen to what developers are saying and understand how they are approaching the market, it means that we can offer a better service and helps reduce the disconnect between service providers and borrowers which can easily arise. I would like to thank Raouf and Immanuel for giving up their time to contribute to the series”.

Karolina, Managing Director of Ademchic commented:

“Our studio focuses on enhancing developer’s sales through strategic marketing and interior design. We often support our clients from the day they acquire the site until installation of the show home. Discussions like the SME Question Time help us learn more about our client’s current challenges, opportunities and threats. They also supports further evolution of Ademchic’s marketing-design proposition, helping speed up our Clients’ unit sales. We look forward to the second series of SME Question Time and the insights that it will bring to us and our network.

Question time will be a bi-monthly series which approaches current market trends. Avamore and Ademchic welcome applications from potential contributors. avamorecapital.com/question-time
