Banda Property CEO and founder Edo Mapelli Mozzi was recognised as the “One to Watch” at Friday’s (26 February 2016) YN Property Awards at The Lancaster Hotel London.
Edo is now recognised as a design-led developer creating homes for the owner occupier market. He is said to be targeting emerging prime sites where buyers find excellent value in the luxury space and strong prospects for long-term capital growth.
Now in its 10th year, the YN Property Awards aim to recognise the rising stars of the property industry. This year’s judging panel comprised Derwent London director David Silverman, Brockton Capital founder David Marks and U+I Group chief executive Matthew Weiner.
Banda Property is a developer and search agency focused on prime and emerging prime London property. Edo founded the company in 2007 when he was just 24.
Banda has since become one of the fastest growing London developers with circa £100m of property under construction, including sites in Battersea, Chelsea and Richmond.
