A trend-setting new collection of distinctly modern homes will shake up the housing market in St Neots, Cambridgeshire this Saturday (June 27).
Abode by Redrow offers an alternative to the company’s more traditional Heritage Collection. The contemporary chic designs are aimed at a target market that wants chic urban style but not necessarily in a city centre location.
The St Neots development is one of the first Abode ventures to launch in England.
Introducing highly specified, open-plan living spaces and in-vogue features such as underfloor heating and wetrooms, the properties will provide an exciting new option for local homebuyers.
Visitors will be able to drink in the designs over cocktails during a special launch event from 11am to 2pm on Saturday.
Sales director Tonia Tyler explains:
“Abode brings urban style living to St Neots and is distinctly different to the homes we’ve built in the area in the past. We’ll be offering 55 new homes in a choice of two and three-bedroom designs with smart, uncluttered facades. Inside, the ground floor is almost totally open plan, with the emphasis is very much on space, light and flow of energy.”
“To showcase the designs we’ll be opening two chic showhomes, professionally styled by interior designers and to celebrate the occasion we’ve enlisted a cocktail mixologist to serve drinks to visitors.”
In several housetypes every bedroom has its own wet room or en-suite replacing the traditional concept of a family bathroom. Banks of discreet storage units create faux walls and optional extras include outdoor kitchens and low maintenance artificial turf.
“These homes are versatile and cater for busy people who like to entertain, but equally they provide a comfortable sanctuary with highly specified living areas, spacious bedrooms and luxurious wet rooms”
“Young professionals and active downsizers who live a very sociable lifestyle will be at home here.”
