Hotly anticipated new homes in Tonbridge will be released for sale off plan this Saturday (June 27) as Redrow responds to demand.
Featuring everything from one-bedroom apartments to substantial five-bedroom family homes, Somerhill Green, on Tudeley Lane, is Redrow’s latest development in the town to attract keen interest from prospective purchasers.
Apartments at Waterside Reach in the centre of Tonbridge are selling fast and the award-winning homebuilder is confident of building on that success with the launch of Somerhill Green.
Redrow sales director Rachael Baillie says:
“Redrow is a brand that people in Tonbridge know and trust, although up until now we’ve only built apartments in the area. We’re hoping to replicate the success of both Canons Wharf and Waterside Reach with the launch of Somerhill Green.”
“The development features homes to suit the needs of a variety of buyers and budgets and we’ve amassed a database of more than 1,500 people who are interested in purchasing here. We’ve decided to satisfy buyers’ curiosity by releasing the properties for sale ‘off plan’. Those who act fast will not only have more choice than those who wait, in the style of property and its position within the development, but also in its interior finish.”
Somerhill Green will offer 128 properties for private sale.
Each home will be finished to Redrow’s exacting high standards. Kitchens will be well equipped with integrated top brand name appliances, while bathrooms and en-suites will enjoy quality fixtures and fittings throughout.
Redrow will also build 55 affordable homes as part of the development.
As part of its commitment to sustainability, the company has pledged to invest £1.39 million in the community, including almost £750,000 towards local schools, plus contributions of more than £600,000 for new and improved open space and £35,000 for highways.
Situated to the south west of Tonbridge, with direct access to the A26 and A21, Somerhill Green is ideally placed to achieve the perfect work/life balance. London can be reached in less than 40 minutes by train from the local station, while the beautiful Kent countryside is also within easy reach. Closer to home, there’s a selection of schools within walking distance.
