Redrow set to launch new development in Chester

Award-winning housebuilder Redrow has announced it is to build a new development in Huntington, where it will introduce for the first time its Regent Collection of homes.

Earls Park will go on sale from Redrow’s nearby Regent’s Grange development in April, with a show home launch to look forward to this summer.

Jason Newton, sales director for Redrow Homes (NW), said:

“We are really excited about the Earls Park development because we have never built the Regent Collection of homes in the area before and we are certain that buyers will fall in love with them.

“It means that, as well as our Heritage Collection homes, we can offer an alternative so people can have a choice of style to suit their taste.  One thing that will remain be the same, however, will be Redrow’s quality and attention to detail. And that will be second to none as always.

“The fact that Chester has been named one of the best places to live in the North West by The Sunday Times confirms our belief in this area and supports our decision to build in this prime location.”

The Sunday Times said:

“Chester has been drawing people in since Roman times, though in those days the main attraction was the strategic position on the River Dee, rather than the booming economy, top schools and great transport links that now make it the North West’s answer to Bath or York.

“You can still visit the old amphitheatre, but entertainment these days is provided by the city’s many bars and restaurants — and at the riverside racecourse. The shops just get better and better….”

Redrow’s Regent Collection evokes the classic Georgian-style architecture of the Regency period and is perfect for affluent, urban areas where design, space and quality must be elegantly combined to create the perfect property.

Regent homes typically feature impressive characterful frontages, with stone bandings and ashlar render detailing, often accompanied by stone porticos and gable pediments creating a distinct sense of grandeur, which complements local styling.

Its interiors are crafted to an extremely high-standard and make use of open living spaces, which utilise light and space to create a comfortable environment.

The Regent Collection at Earls Park will go on sale in April.
