Homebuyers who aim high in the style stakes will have plenty of opportunities to customise their new home in Sittingbourne at their fingertips.
Following sales success at Archers Park, Redrow is preparing for a move of its own, into new show homes. In the meantime, the award-winning homebuilder is encouraging prospective purchasers to explore its homes via its website. Once they’ve reserved, they’ll even be able to customise their property using the My Redrow feature of the website.
Rachael Baillie, sales director for Redrow Homes (South East), said:
“We’ve come a long way since we launched Archers Park in September 2014 and apartments are now under construction on the latest phase. Our sales office is open on site and we’ll have new show homes launching very soon. Buyers keen to do their homework can explore our designs online to get a feel for which style of home best suits their needs.
“The properties we’re currently selling won’t be ready to move into until autumn/winter, but the beauty of that is, while they’re waiting for us to build their ideal home, purchasers will be able to make design choices that will personalise their property. This is where the My Redrow area of our website really comes into its own as buyers will be able to use it to select from a range of finishes to tailor make their home to their taste from the start. From the finish of the kitchen to the colour of the bathroom tiles, it can all be decided at the click of a mouse.”
Archers Park offers everything from two-bedroom apartments to substantial four-bedroom family homes. Current price start from £277,995 for a four-bedroom Kenilworth style property set out over three floors.
With Help to Buy equity loans available, those with designs on owning a new home could find it’s easier to afford than they anticipated. The Government-backed scheme enables those with a 5 per cent deposit to take out an equity loan for up to 20 per cent of the purchase price. The loan is interest free for five years and can be repaid when the customer has more funds available.
Situated on the edge of Sittingbourne, the new homes are ideally placed for access to the countryside, the coast or the capital, as they’re within easy reach of the M2 and M20; while trains from the local station offer journey times of just over an hour to London.
The town centre has a thriving high street, while a good choice of schools in the area makes Archers Park well suited to those with children.
