Barratt David Wilson North Thames has celebrated a record-breaking six wins at the 2026 NHBC Pride in the Job Awards, recognising the dedication and expertise of its site managers.
The winners represent developments across Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire, including four site managers from the flagship Kingsbrook development in Aylesbury.
Awarded by the National House Building Council (NHBC), the Pride in the Job Awards recognise excellence in technical expertise, health and safety, consistency, leadership and attention to detail. Each winning site manager is recognised for their role in ensuring new homes are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards.
Among the Barratt David Wilson North Thames winners, Naim Koka, Daryl Slavin, Craig Heywood and Rob Cox each received a Pride in the Job Quality Award for their work at Kingsbrook in Aylesbury. Stephen Thompson was recognised for Linmere in Houghton Regis, while Marian Istrate received his third consecutive award, this year for his work at Clipstone Park in Leighton Buzzard.
Nationally, 122 Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes site managers have received NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards this year, underlining the housebuilders’ continued commitment to quality and safety.
