Growing homebuilder Allison Homes has appointed experienced land specialist Steve Lambley as Land Director for its growing East Midlands team, supporting the company’s plans to expand into the West Midlands as part of its next phase of growth.
The appointment comes as Allison Homes continues to strengthen its regional footprint across the Midlands, East of England and South West, following the recent completion of a £165 million funding package from HSBC, NatWest and Homes England to accelerate land acquisition, development and the delivery of high-quality homes.
Backed by private equity investment and a growing pipeline of opportunities, Allison Homes has set out ambitious plans to double the size of the business over the next three to five years through a balanced delivery model spanning both open market and Partnerships housing.
Since 2001, Steve Lambley has been working in land and planning for national housebuilders and affordable housing providers, and for five years he also ran his own land consultancy business.
In his new role, Steve will focus on identifying and securing immediate land opportunities across the West Midlands, working closely with landowners, agents, local authorities and housing partners to support the delivery of both open market and affordable housing developments.
