Housebuilder Avant Homes has secured a new homes development site near Driffield, after exchanging contracts on 4.9-acres of land off Markham Lane, Nafferton.
Subject to planning, Avant Homes will build 51 of its practically designed, energy efficient one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, which will have a gross development value of £11.6m.
The proposed development will comprise 11 of Avant Homes’ house types, including semi-detached and detached homes available at a range of price points. The housebuilder anticipates submitting plans for the development in the spring of this year.
