In the latest episode of the Builders’ Voices podcast, James Parker, editor of Housebuilder & Developer, had the pleasure of speaking with Nic London, the founder of N. London Construction — a high-end housebuilder established back in 2004, focusing on north London, as the name suggests!
From being a skilled bricklayer to a qualified construction manager, Nic has gained extensive experience in the industry. Throughout the conversation, he emphasises the significance of quality in housebuilding and actively advocates for attracting a new generation of builders.
He is a member of the Home Builders Group at the Federation of Master Builders and has been a troubleshooter called in by local authorities to remedy sub-standard construction on a range of housing schemes.
