A major housing development set to deliver 409 additional homes has taken a significant step towards following planning approval from South Cambridgeshire District Council.
Top 10 UK housebuilder, Keepmoat, is continuing its commitment to invest in the new town of Northstowe, increasing housing available in the area and providing a variety of affordable options, in partnership with Homes England, the government’s housing and regeneration agency and master developer for phases two and three of Northstowe.
Known as ‘Stirling Fields’ the next phase of development will build on Keepmoat’s earlier work to deliver 409 homes at the site, with a further 591 homes set to follow in due course subject to planning permission.
Of the 409 homes, a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments will be delivered. The development will comprise affordable homes, Northstowe Discount Market Sale (DMS) homes will be made available at a 20 percent discount compared to open market value.
