Mulgrave Properties has finished construction work on a development of 10 homes in the North Yorkshire village of Bubwith.
Buyers have now moved into 8 of the 10 completed properties at The Orchard, which has been built on land off Main Street.
Further work is complete on a small green open space within the site.
Mulgrave Properties has also made a financial contribution of £23,800 towards off-site recreational facilities as part of the planning agreement for the development.
The Orchard comprises a range of two, three, four and five-bedroom houses designed with architectural features such as artificial stone sills and brick details to reflect the character of existing properties in the village. The homes include a variety of detached and semi-detached houses, with some two-and-a-half-storey properties.
Debbie Foster, Sales Director at Mulgrave Properties, said:
“The Orchard has proved to be an extremely popular development, thanks largely to the attractive village location and the variety of homes that it has provided. We only have one house, the 4-bedroom Letchworth, remaining for sale.
“Although small in terms of the number of plots, the mix of two to five-bedroom properties has been carefully planned to meet the needs of a wide range of people, with homes suitable for first-time buyers as well as larger families and downsizers.
“We pride ourselves on building homes which combine character with functionality. The properties at The Orchard are traditional in design but offer high levels of energy efficiency along with modern green technologies such as air source heat pumps and charging points for electric vehicles.
“The creation of the green open space along with new tree planting along the access road and in some back gardens has added to the overall attractiveness of the development, while ecological measures such as hedgehog highways have been included to support local wildlife.
“The provision of the open space on the development is complemented by our financial contribution to off-site recreational facilities, which will fund outdoor sports and play areas for the benefit of the wider community.”
The last home available for sale, The Letchworth, is priced at £624,950.
