Northstone has been recognised for five years of outstanding achievement after receiving the inaugural North West Homebuilder Five Year Excellence Award at the prestigious Cowgills North West Homebuilder Awards.
Created specially to mark the fifth anniversary of the awards, the accolade was introduced to celebrate a homebuilder whose contribution and achievements have consistently stood out since the event’s conception in 2021.
The judges praised Northstone’s sustained commitment to delivering exceptional quality developments, beautiful design and genuine innovation, highlighting the company’s pioneering approach to creating homes and communities that meet the changing needs of modern families including pioneering multi-generational living concepts that point to the future of residential developments.
Northstone has been a regular winner and finalist at the awards over the past five years, having secured the coveted Homebuilder of the Year title in both the first and second years. Judges said the special award was created because existing categories could not fully recognise the scale and consistency of Northstone’s achievements across the lifetime of the awards.
In announcing the winner, the judging panel said:
