Orbit Homes, part of not-for-profit housing group Orbit, has earned its third successive five-star housebuilder accolade from the HBF in recognition of its customer satisfaction and property quality.
The Home Builders Federation (HBF) awards star ratings every year, based on feedback from the National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey, which is sent to buyers both 8 weeks and 9 months after they move into their new home.
A five-star rating is the highest possible accolade awarded by the HBF and is only granted to home builders who receive exceptional customer feedback in key areas related to the quality of their home and the service they received.

As well as its third successive HBF five-star rating, Orbit Homes was also recently awarded its 10th consecutive Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction from In-house Research, after independently gathered surveys from customers showed that over 90% of customers would recommend Orbit Homes to a friend, and that the affordable housebuilder achieved a Net Promoter® Score (NPS) of 83.
