Stelrad Radiators are fit for the future

The development of lower temperature heating systems, utilising renewable heating appliances such as air source heat pumps – has given rise to a number of questions including where do components we have got to know and love over the years fit into the future of heating?

On the radiator front, as well as developing aesthetically pleasing radiators, Stelrad has developed models and series that meet these specific requirements. Stelrad has developed and enlarged its series of K3 radiators – three panels and three fins on a radiator footprint that is scarcely larger than a traditional K2 design.

From next year the best-selling Compact range has also been increased to include 900 high models which are ideal for adhering to the new Part L regulations, which dictate a maximum flow temperature of 55° in new dwellings.

Much thought has gone into the latest radiator developments and it’s all to ensure that the radiators available for your installation, specification and contract needs from Stelrad are ‘fit for the future’ – able to continue providing the levels of heat required when correctly sized in homes to keep everyone comfortable… and cosy.
