Gleeson Homes, part of MJ Gleeson plc, is pleased to announce several senior appointments across the Group and its regions.
Joanne Morrison, previously of Vistry Group, joins Gleeson as Regional Managing Director for the North West. Joanne will lead growth initiatives across the region, drive operational excellence and oversee the safe delivery of much-needed new homes.
Alongside Joanne’s appointment, the Group has also welcomed:
• Craig Knowles as Group Operations Director, bringing together the Group’s Commercial, Technical, Sustainability, Land and Planning functions under a single leadership structure to enhance collaboration, efficiency and the sharing of best practice across the business.
• Andy Clarke joins the business as Divisional Adoptions Manager, a newly created role. Andy will serve all regions to manage and de-risk the adoption of roads, sewers and drainage, ensuring developments are completed, approved and transferred to adopting authorities in a timely and compliant manner.
• David Appleby as Group SHE Director, who has previously served at both Taylor Wimpey and, most recently, Miller Homes. In this new role, Dave will oversee Safety, Health and Environment across the Group. His appointment reflects a continued commitment to strengthening safety culture and driving further improvements, ensuring the highest standards are maintained as the business works towards its long-term ambitions.
As part of its commitment to developing internal talent, Gleeson has also made several key senior promotions at Regional and Divisional level:
• Evonne Hitchen, previously Divisional Finance Director, has been appointed Regional Managing Director for North East Evonne will take overall responsibility for the region’s performance, growth strategy and operational delivery.
• Supporting Evonne, Steven Burn, previously Technical Director for the North East region, has been promoted to Operations Director, overseeing the region’s land, construction and technical operations.
