Lloyds Living, the private rental and shared ownership business of Lloyds Banking Group, has agreed a new deal with Keepmoat to deliver 182 new homes that will be available for private rental across three developments in Gedling, Nottinghamshire; Frog Island, Leicester; and Warren Wood, Gainsborough.
The agreement will add a mix of apartments and family houses to Lloyds Living’s growing portfolio, with each development including features designed to support more energy-efficient living, from an all-electric specification at Frog Island to solar PV panels and electric vehicle charging at selected sites.
New homes available across the East Midlands and Lincolnshire
The homes will be delivered across three Keepmoat developments: 69 homes in Gedling, 53 homes at Frog Island in Leicester and 60 homes at Warren Wood in Gainsborough.
The portfolio includes 11 one-bedroom apartments, 42 two-bedroom apartments, 30 two-bedroom houses, 77 three-bedroom houses and 22 four-bedroom houses, providing options for a broad range of renters, from individuals and couples to growing families.
The deal also includes follow-on tranches at Gedling and Frog Island, further strengthening Lloyds Living’s pipeline of new rental homes and expanding its partnership approach with Keepmoat.
Energy-efficient homes designed for modern renters
Energy efficiency is a central feature of the deal. Frog Island will be delivered as an all-electric development, helping to reduce reliance on gas in the homes. Gedling and Warren Wood will include solar PV panels, supporting on-site renewable electricity generation, while Warren Wood will also include electric vehicle chargers.
Together, these features underline Lloyds Living’s focus on professionally managed homes that are fit for long-term renting, with practical energy-efficient features that matter to residents, communities and local housing markets.
The first homes are now available to rent.
