WYATT HOMES has been chosen by the Duchy of Cornwall to deliver new homes in the award-winning Nansledan development at Newquay, marking the company’s first project in Cornwall.
Wyatt Homes will develop a 4.2-acre site as part of the Nansledan development, which has achieved completion of almost 900 homes to date, with a total of 4,000 homes to be delivered by around 2045.
Nansledan is the Duchy of Cornwall’s mixed-use sustainable community on the north coast of Cornwall which includes shops, offices and community facilities in walkable neighbourhoods, all set within a beautiful and accessible natural environment.
Wyatt Homes is an award-winning developer known for crafting characterful homes across Dorset, Somerset and Hampshire, each designed with care and built to exceptional standards.
Their approach is strengthened by sustainable material choices and a clear understanding of the impact their work has on the environment, the economy and the communities it serves.

The properties to be built by Wyatt Homes, of which 30% will be affordable, will all be highly sustainable and will contribute to Nanlsedan’s wider sustainability strategy, including a focus on being low carbon both in construction and operation.

Wyatt Homes expects to start construction later this year.
The developer is currently building homes at Rivers Edge in Wimborne, Fiddleford Ridge in Sturminster Newton, Mountbatten Park in North Baddesley, Brimsmore in Yeovil, Wilberforce Green in Bransgore, The Spire in Dorchester and Frenches Green in Upton, Poole.
